Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership or store management.
• Ability to train and coach a team to meet brand standards.
• Strong focus on driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty and optimize fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual standards.
• Lead staffing and training to ensure top service on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain safe, secure store operations and adherence to policy.
• Execute daily merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution with urgency.
