American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Bozeman, MT to partner with the Store Team Leader on developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, train and coach the team, and ensure brand Visual standards are met, floorsets executed, and guest readiness maintained.

You will lead merchandising, replenishment, and performance coaching, recruit and develop talent, and drive KPIs while upholding AE brand values and fostering a collaborative, guest-centric store

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Proven ability to execute visual standards and floorsets.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
