• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising and replenishment to meet brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop store teammates to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing feedback through coaching, touchbases and reviews.
• Ensure safety and asset protection while maintaining store operations.
