Responsabilités

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floorspace productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and floorset execution.
• Coach and train team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, develop and hold staff accountable to service standards.
• Provide real-time feedback, conduct development plans and reviews.
• Maintain store operations and uphold safety and policy standards.
