American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive store merchandising strategy, lead a team, and ensure guest-ready floors with brand standards. You will coach staff on sales, replenishment, and floor execution while upholding AE values and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes training, performance feedback, and delivering a best-in-class guest experience across all store zones.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and develop teams with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to analyze store reporting and daily trends to influence KPI decisions.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising standards and brand visuals.
• Proven capability to work as a leader on duty and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Coach and lead the team to deliver AEO brand standards and maintain visual standards and replenishment.
• Motivate and inspire teammates, hold them accountable to customer service standards on Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and ongoing development.
• Provide real-time coaching, run development plans and performance reviews to boost engagement.
• Maintain daily operational procedures and visual standards across store zones; keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
