Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead associates and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own merchandise replenishment and in-stock levels.
• Lead and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive Omnichannel initiatives and training.
• Plan and execute events in specialty businesses.
• Partner with management to source and hire store staff.
• Maintain performance standards, shrink and safety initiatives.
