• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
• Translate fashion/retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations, and delivery reviews with clarity.
• Support discovery, demonstrations, and scoping during pre-sales.

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Merchandising Systems Delivery Lead to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada. US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.

What you will do

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.
