Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to guide complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel to the US and Canada, collaborating with fashion and apparel clients.

You will own end-to-end delivery, lead workshops and reviews, and ensure on-time value delivery across multiple active engagements while balancing client expectations and project constraints.

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote from the US East Coast, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

What you will do

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US East Coast location preferred. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
