Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and ensure company programs compliance.
• Oversee SOPs, store conditions, and team accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant/promotional signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across systems.
