Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and team leadership.
• Merchandise planning, processing freight, and stocking to standards.
• Execute opening and closing procedures; protect store assets and cash.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Plan and implement monthly sales planners and ensure sales floor is optimized.
