The role emphasizes coaching, team development, budgeting, and inventory control, with the potential to act Store Director in the absence of senior leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Retail management coursework or certification completed or in progress.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and staff.
• Ability to manage a salaried, multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-perishable departments including Grocery, Dairy Deli, Housewares, Demo, Receiving, Natural Living, Wine & Spirits, Chalk Artist, and Price Integrity.
• Train and develop employees; oversee onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and uphold company policies.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs; monitor budget and sales targets.
• Act as acting Store Director in absence of Store Director with full responsibility.
