Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and floor flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes, promotions, and backroom organization.
