Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Fountain Valley, CA location. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and staff management to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

You will drive sales, train associates, and ensure promotions and inventory integrity are executed per corporate guidelines. A strong leader with communication skills and the ability to multitask is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a retail setting.
• Creative thinking to optimize displays and promotions.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing duties including security, alarms, and cash.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, oversees operations and staff, resolves issues.
• Helps onboard and train associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
