Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and efficient merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing to business needs.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement per company standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom organization and floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control for product accuracy and efficient stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant promotional signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across the store and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
