Dollar Tree, Inc. in Sacramento is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will help guide a dynamic group of associates and drive key merchandising and freight processing tasks to support store goals.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coordinate daily operations, ensure a clean and safe shopping environment, and deliver excellent customer experiences across the sales floor and stockroom.

Formación

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Other duties as assigned
