Job summary

Key responsibilities include opening/closing, asset protection, policy compliance, and maintaining a clean, organized store. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
