Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed and team held accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom.
• Manage inventory control, product integrity, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets and ensure accurate pricing and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage shrink reduction and asset protection procedures.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
