Job summary

TJ Maxx in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Merchandise Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring customers have an excellent experience. You will work with a team to tag, organize, and replenish merchandise, and support backroom operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise accurately.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store and backroom.
• Communicate priorities and progress to management.
• Support shrink reduction and safety programs.
