Job summary

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and physical lifting tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with availability for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep stock flowing smoothly.
• Ensure customer experience is positive and store is clean and well organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the Duty Coordinator to maintain efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals, safety rules, and policy compliance.
• Assist in backroom organization and shrink reduction efforts.
