Job summary

TJ Maxx in Asheville, NC is seeking a flexible, customer-focused team member to support receiving and merchandising standards. You will help ensure efficient processing and deliver an outstanding customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, well-organized store.

You will train Associates, manage stock flow, and help implement merchandising and recovery standards. Prior retail exposure and some leadership experience are valued; schedule includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains store standards.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and ensures merchandise is ready for sale.
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures accurate tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Monitors team productivity and coaches as needed.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
