Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Organize back stock and rotate stock for easy replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed.
