Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members who will be referred to as Merchandisers. You will maximize inventory, assist online orders, and provide a high level of customer service while upholding alcohol sale laws.

You may also perform sales, front-end, or other duties as needed in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include stocking, building displays, training, and maintaining a safe, compliant store.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized service.
• Support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery.
• Build displays and end caps, and ensure clear signage.
• Adhere to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform cross-functional duties as needed.
