Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in the Fort Worth, TX area to maintain shelves and displays, rotate stock, and support sales initiatives with retailers. You will work closely with sales teams to maximize visibility of our brands while following alcohol laws and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Must pass background and drug screening for hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, or merchandising experience (1–2 years preferred).
• Wine and spirits industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
• Proactive, resourceful and efficient with strong reliability.
• Driver’s license valid in Texas; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain shelves and displays per standards and retailer agreements.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays with signage and pricing.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and correct expiration dates.
• Collaborate with sales reps and retail staff to meet sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs.
• Educate store staff about featured products and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and company policies.
