Job summary

Morales Beverage Group, a Texas-based importer and distributor of wine and spirits, is seeking a Merchandiser to enhance product visibility in retail accounts. You will stock shelves, set up displays, rotate inventory, and support sales efforts to ensure our brands stand out.

You will collaborate with sales representatives, monitor stock levels, educate store staff on featured products, and ensure compliance with all local and federal alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Must pass a background and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience in retail, sales, or merchandising.
• Experience in wine and spirits is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain shelves and displays per company standards.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays with signage and pricing.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and correct expiry dating.
• Collaborate with sales reps and retail staff to meet sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs.
• Educate store staff about featured products and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal alcohol laws and company policies.
