Morales Beverage Group seeks a Merchandiser for Austin and nearby territories to enhance product visibility in retail accounts. You will stock shelves, build displays, manage inventory, and support sales efforts to ensure our brands stand out.

Responsibilities include setting up promotions, rotating stock for freshness, and training store staff on featured products while complying with alcohol regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or merchandising preferred (1–2 years).
• Experience in wine and spirits is a plus.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves and maintain displays per standards and retailer agreements.
• Set up promotional displays with correct signage and pricing.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper dating.
• Collaborate with sales reps and store staff to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or restocks.
• Educate staff about featured products and promotions.
• Adhere to local, state and company alcohol policies.
