Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own start-to-finish tasks in a single store, from planograms and signage to price changes, merchandising and fixture assembly. You will engage customers and teammates while delivering legendary service.

Responsibilities include attendance, shifts, communicating with leadership, completing planograms, performing measurements, and maintaining signage and planograms with the GURA approach to sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Maintain planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
