Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, primarily working in one store to own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly.

You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary customer service, follow GURA guidelines, and help maintain a safe, productive store environment on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; read, write, and count accurately.
• Education level can be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Maintain attendance and adapt to shifts as needed.
