Job summary

Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store handling planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, ensuring accurate planograms, price updates, and signage maintenance. Responsibilities include completing planograms, performing measurements, assembling fixtures, and adhering to the GURA framework to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
