Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while delivering legendary customer service.

You will also assist with merchandise assembly and fixture setup, maintaining signage and assisting customers and team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and related tasks.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and reset planograms.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers and team members.
• Maintain attendance and communicate progress with supervisors.
