Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate plays a pivotal role linking Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You’ll build eye-catching displays, ensure accurate signage, and position products for easy access across Lowe's stores.

Even when not directly in contact with customers, you’ll engage when opportunities arise, support merchandising resets, maintain pricing visibility, and contribute to in-store service excellence in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store execution.
