Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to link Merchandising with Store Operations, creating eye-catching displays and effective product placements. You’ll ensure signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, aiding customers in locating merchandise.

You may have limited customer interaction, answering questions and offering product or warranty information while guiding in-store merchandising tasks and upkeep.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain this information digitally.
• Ensure product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and ensure displays are properly placed.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
