The role emphasizes following Lowe’s specifications, collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team, and contributing to in-store service goals. Weekend shifts may be required for some duties.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Proficiency with basic web-based programs and tools.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage; maintain digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
