Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps connect Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience in every Lowe's store. You build eye-catching displays and implement strategies that showcase in-demand products, working with our Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update/validate signage and product locations, including digital info.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
