Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate is a key connector between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping create eye-catching displays and ensure accurate signage and pricing across Lowe’s stores.

You will spend most time on merchandising tasks with occasional customer engagement. The role offers a set weekday schedule, health insurance options, tuition assistance, and a company 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, plus a 10% associate discount.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects to Lowe’s specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update signage and digital product location information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replacement as needed.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged items, signage, displays.
