Rowe Furniture is seeking a highly organized Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support our Merchandising and Showroom Design teams.

This is an important behind-the-scenes role for someone who enjoys being part of a creative, fast-moving environment and takes pride in helping a team stay organized, prepared, and on schedule.

The Merchandising Operations Coordinator will manage order entry, product and sample tracking, new SKU information, and communication between Merchandising, Showroom Design, Purchasing, and our manufacturing team. The right person enjoys helping others, following the details, and making sure requests are carried through to completion.

While the role works closely with our creative and merchandising teams and will be surrounded by new products, fabrics, finishes, and showroom development, its primary focus is coordination, accuracy, organization, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Enter and track market and showroom orders from initial request through production and delivery.
• Maintain accurate order information and communicate changes, deadlines, and status updates to the appropriate teams.
• Follow up with our manufacturing team, Purchasing, and other departments to keep products and materials on schedule.
• Help coordinate merchandise, samples, and materials needed for markets, showroom installations, and product presentations.
• Maintain organized and current sample libraries, including fabrics, leathers, finishes, and other product materials.
• Coordinate replacement samples and one-yard fabric or material requests.
• Prepare temporary new-SKU sheets and communicate new product information to Purchasing and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate product trackers, order records, and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on open requests and identify missing information or potential delays before they become problems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Merchandising and Showroom Design teams.
• Assist with additional coordination needs during busy periods, particularly leading up to markets and showroom installations.

• Has previous experience in merchandising, furniture, manufacturing, purchasing, product coordination, administrative support, hospitality, or a similar environment, which is preferred.
