Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Service Team Lead to schedule and guide a team of MSAs, delivering onboarding, coaching, and performance development. The role supports project execution aligned with Lowe's merchandising strategy.

The candidate will manage resources, handle expenses, collaborate with field project managers, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards across stores. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of customer service or retail experience in a fast-paced environment, or 1 year Lowe's store experience.
• 1 year experience as a team lead or leading others in an informal capacity.

Responsibilities

• Schedules Merchandising Service team and manages resources for project execution.
• Guides MSAs on priorities, scheduling, expectations, and needs.
• Delivers onboarding, training, coaching and mentoring of MSAs.
• Coaches MSAs on performance and creates development plans.
• Partners with HR for disciplinary actions and escalations.
• Manages project, travel, display, fixture expenses and weekly payroll.
• Identifies and resolves store-level issues using available resources.
• Communicates project updates to store team, field leaders, and corporate teams.
• Leads live goods merchandising in garden centers and teams of 11–21 people.
• Collaborates with Field Project managers on large third-party labor projects.
