The Merchandising Service Associate – Plant Service Lead oversees all assigned Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities, working outdoors in the garden center to ensure merchandise is stocked, fronted, and priced according to planograms and standards. They collaborate closely with the Merchandising Service Manager, team members, and store leaders to set priorities and address nursery service needs, providing ongoing updates and feedback. Maintaining a safe environment through daily safety reviews, hazard identification, cleanliness, and security monitoring is essential. Travel is occasional for meetings, training, or support to neighboring stores.
