Service To The Armed Forces Volunteer Caseworker Lead Needed

ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Eastern New York Region

This position supports the Regional Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) department and offers a virtual (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. The goal is to ensure military families receive the support they need during emergencies, addressing and fulfilling their requirements promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Per Red Cross policies, maintain strict confidentiality of all case notes and personal information.
  • Consistently and accurately apply Service to Armed Forces (SAF) policies, procedures, and protocols related to Red Cross client services.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 2 days per week, 2-3 hours each day. Flexible.
