Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and varying weather.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; shifts vary in length.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel and lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, reach, and operate store equipment.
• Perform physical tasks quickly and safely throughout shifts.
