The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Conduct accurate cycle counts.
• Complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.

Ensure the customer has a distinguished shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors. Provide peak coverage as necessary (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment, following safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead; frequently stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Access all store areas safely; operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training; operate equipment including forklifts (if age-appropriate).
• Lift up to 50 pounds; drive vehicles; stand/walk for entire shifts.
