The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging store signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times, such as the day after Thanksgiving.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Generally indoor work with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle is required.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers, cash registers, and handling tools.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all necessary training.
• Operate equipment like dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, balers, and computers.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive vehicles and move merchandise throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store mobility and safety.
