Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide coverage during peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor, moderate noise environment.
• Shifts generally from 4 to over 8 hours, including travel between stores.
• Travel required in personal vehicle, often long distances.
• Adhere to safety guidelines; operate store equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach overhead, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform all physical tasks safely and efficiently.
