The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.
• Work on hard surfaces, with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment safely.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate a vehicle.
• Move throughout the store efficiently during shifts.
