Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide coverage for peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle may be required.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift (up to 50 pounds), and reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Communicate effectively and handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training requirements.
