Overall Job Summary: The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Working Conditions

• Ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 2000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Effective communication skills and ability to complete documentation.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
