Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts, signage hanging, and merchandise assembly.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Basic computer skills and self-direction are also important.

Working Conditions
Primarily indoor with moderate noise; shifts vary; travel between stores using personal vehicle; outdoor and indoor surfaces; safety adherence required.

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise, operate store equipment, and move throughout the store efficiently. The role is physically active and non-sedentary.
