The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and store signage installation.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovery efforts.
• Providing Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for the sale.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing coverage during peak times, such as the Day After Thanksgiving.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and move quickly and safely throughout the store.
• Complete training and communicate effectively with team and customers.
