The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets accurately, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA principles.

Required Qualifications include prior retail or merchandising experience, being 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.

Preferred Skills involve strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and self-direction.

Working Conditions are generally inside with moderate noise, with shifts typically no less than 4 hours, involving travel between store locations using personal vehicle, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements include ability to travel, lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and stand, kneel, or reach for extended periods.
