Overall Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage during high-traffic times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; basic literacy and numeracy are essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle, often long distances.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift, and reach merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training requirements.
