The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your duties include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service via GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during high-traffic times, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-direction and ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions

• Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise levels.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle, sometimes for extended periods.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed within district.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like forklifts (if age-appropriate).
